REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your apparel item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at reizasstore@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address based on your supplier location.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective product, wrong item sent, or damage during transit.

* If the return is due to our error: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
* If you are returning for any other reason (changed mind, wrong size selected, style change): You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Standard return shipping rates typically estimate at:
* U.S. returns: $10.99 for standard items
* Canadian returns: $19.99 for standard items
* International returns: $23.99 to $45.00 depending on package weight and destination

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Always reach out to reizasstore@gmail.com first.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at reizasstore@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and cover all return shipping costs to make it right.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned: bodysuits, intimate apparel, customized items, final sale clearance items, and gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific piece.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the right size or style is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs for EU cooling-off period returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned parcel, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

If we provided a prepaid return label due to our error, return shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund. If you paid for return shipping yourself, your refund will cover product cost only. 

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at reizasstore@gmail.com.
